The story of Tillie Smith’s murder is the most famous tale from this cemetery.  We walked through the entire property in about an hour stopping periodically to record for EVP capture.  Nothing.  We did enjoy finally seeing Tillie’s grave.  Knowing the story behind it makes it all the more interesting.  To this day people are honoring her memory.  There were plastic flowers in her arms, and small gifts left at her feet.
